TERMS & CONDITIONS

Amenity Space Hire Terms and Conditions 1. The Dining Room & Kitchen and its facilities are available for residents only. The Dining Room & Kitchen cannot be reserved by a resident for functions to be given by anyone but a resident. The resident must always be present as the hostess/host in charge of the function. 2. Reservations are limited to the Dining Room & Kitchen only and do not include other common area amenities. 3. The Dining Room & Kitchen accommodates a maximum number of 20 people. Residents should contact management for additional information to ensure any event does not exceed the maximum occupancy limits. 4. Guest parking is not available. Please also ensure that no guest vehicles are blocking any entrance to the development. 5. The resident agrees that any damages to the Dining Room & Kitchen, contents, or its facilities will be the residents’ responsibility and that the resident will pay for replacement and repair costs. If repair or replacement exceeds the £100 damage deposit, the resident agrees to pay the excess within 24 hours of notification. 6. The resident and guests must comply with the rules and regulations and the resident agrees that the conduct of him/her self and guests shall not be disorderly, boisterous, or unlawful and shall not disturb the rights and comforts or conveniences of other residents. 7. This is a Non-smoking building. Smoking is permitted outdoors only and cigarette butts must be disposed of appropriately without any littering. 8. Not to use or consume or allow to be used or consumed any drugs or any other substance which is, or becomes, prohibited or restricted by law other than in accordance with any conditions required for the legal use of such restricted substances. 9. The amenity area should be returned to its original condition at the end of the event. If any additional cleaning/works are required, this will be arranged the following working day and deducted from the deposit (see below for further details). 10. The resident and guests must comply with the rules and regulations and the resident agrees that the conduct of him/her self and guests shall not be disorderly, boisterous, or unlawful and shall not disturb the rights and comforts or conveniences of other residents. 11. The amenity area is available for hire between 10am-10pm. The minimum hire duration is 2 hours and the maximum being 6. 12. Music and noise should be kept to a minimum with the other residents in mind. No loud music is to be played after 8pm. 13. Floors must be swept and mopped as necessary. No excessive water or chemicals of any kind are to be put on the floor. Counter tops and sinks must be cleaned. All trash containers emptied and placed in the binstore. The entrance ways to the Dining Room & Kitchen, surrounding porch, and parking lot areas must be free of all trash, cups, cans and cigarette butts. All appliances must be thoroughly cleaned. Other damage charges will be determined upon inspection the following day. There will be additional charges if the area is left unclean. 14. The amenity space is only confirmed for hire once a member of staff has confirmed the booking. If in doubt, please contact a member of the onsite team. The staff also reserve the right to decline a booking request. 15. The building management team are not responsible for any losses or lost items during any event. Please ensure all personal items are secure and accounted for.
