Tenant and Vehicle Owner agree that any vehicle parked in the space is to be removed from the property at the end of the car park session. Should a Tenant or Vehicle Owner fail to remove a vehicle within 4 hours of the car parking session ending the landlord may remove and store the vehicle at the Tenant and Vehicle Owners risk and expense and may dispose of the vehicle within one (1) calendar month if the Vehicle Owner and user has made no effort to arrange to collect it.
Ensure that all security barriers or gates at the entrances to and exits from the car park are operated correctly and closed after use.
- Tenant and Vehicle Owner agree to observe any reasonable rules and regulations in place within the car park.
Tenant and Vehicle Owner agree not to use the car park for anything which is illegal or which may be or become a nuisance (whether actionable or not), annoyance, inconvenience or disturbance to the landlord or to tenants or occupiers of the building in which the space is situated.
Tenant and Vehicle Owner agree not obstruct any of the entrances to or exits from the car park or any other parking spaces in the car park.
Tenant and Vehicle Owner agree not cause or permit to be caused any damage to: (a) the car park space, the car park or the building/property in which the space is situated; or (b) any property of the landlord or other occupiers of car park or the building in which the space is situated.
Tenant and Vehicle Owner agree if any fluids or substances leak from a vehicle parked on or driving from a space, the Tenant shall be responsible for the cost of cleaning or making good any staining caused.
Tenant and Vehicle Owner agree that any vehicle parked in the allocated space is parked at the vehicle owners sole risk and the landlord shall have no liability for any loss or damage to the property of the Tenant or Vehicle Owner.
Tenant agrees the above T&C’s do not supersede or replace the terms of guest conduct within their tenancy agreement.
