Below are the Terms & Conditions of Each Booking of the Roof Terrace

1. The person making the booking is responsible for the terrace during the booking duration
2. The roof terrace can be booked any day of the week
3. The roof terrace can be booked between 8am to 10pm for a maximum of 5 hours
4. Tenants must sign to state that any damages can be deducted from their deposit
5. The occupants must respect other residents by keeping noice levels to a minimum at all times
6. The person making the booking is responsible for clearing the terrace after its use
